Befriend Your Body and Nervous System

I encourage students to emphasize their internal physical perception and experience as the compass for all healing movement and breathwork.

In our first meeting, we will spend two hours discussing your concerns and hopes for improving your overall well-being. This will take into account your preferred forms of exercise, meditation, and your daily habits at home and at work. 

 

Together, we will develop simple restorative movements that ground your body, mind, and nervous system.

If desired, the following sessions will refine and strengthen the movement and breath prescriptions. 

​

After each session, I send short follow-up videos that demonstrate the recommended practices.

Follow-up sessions: $170​​
